Pickleball Paddle
Pickleball....the fastest growing sport in America - has finally come to Wrentham!
Fun, social and friendly. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

The Basics

A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong.
Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.
Played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
Played as doubles or singles.
Can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels

Pickleball Levels
Beginner I – Those that have never played or have played a few games with friends.  Have very little experience with racquetball sports.
Beginner II Those that have some pickleball experience, have played racquetball sports and need to learn fundamentals of pickleball, scoring, and knowledge of the different strokes.
Beginner III Those that have been playing pickleball and learning the finer fundamentals, strategies, and variety of shots. New to open play pickleball.
Intermediate Those that have been playing pickleball, "open play" pickleball, and know the basic fundamentals, and learning court positioning, and doubles strategies. 

- Sneakers/court shoes, active wear clothes
- Game balls provided
- Very limited number of extra paddles are available.
- Recommend purchasing paddle from Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, etc.

The spirit of "Open Play" is that everyone gets to play with different players in a recreational and fun setting. Recommended for Beginner III, Intermediate, and above levels.
